The 21st night of September may have long since past, but it’s November now and that brings its own fond memories: early snow, hot cocoa, all the good stuff.
For me, specifically, November also brings memories of my attempts at the National Novel Writing Month’s challenge: writing a 50,000-word minimum novel in just 30 days. I never succeeded, mostly due to the fact that school took a priority and we were usually entrenched in exam season.
That said, NaNoWriMo is still a good exercise because its main goal is “get the words down, worry about them being ‘good’ later.”
Good luck to everyone this month!
